Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the j2w platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and j2w ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the j2w platform.

j2w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version will always be published at j2w.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which forms part of the overall user agreement between you and j2w:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how j2w collects, processes, and stores your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools, limits, and support available to all players.
• Any game-specific rules published by individual game providers, which apply in addition to these Terms where relevant.
• Any bonus or promotional terms issued at the time a specific promotion is offered.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless a supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

j2w is an adults-only platform. To register and use the j2w platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j2w enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to another person without their explicit, documented authorisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of j2w or any of its game provider partners where that relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period, whether initiated by you or by j2w.

Age Verification

j2w conducts age verification as part of the account registration process. You will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will be used for SMS OTP verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any point where j2w has reason to question the age or identity of an account holder, we may request additional documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Underage Access

j2w takes underage access extremely seriously. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full investigation, close the account permanently, and return any deposits made to the originating payment method — less any amounts already wagered. Any winnings generated during a period of underage use are not payable. j2w may report the matter to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh where legally required to do so.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing j2w or any online gambling platform. j2w recommends tools such as Net Nanny and similar family-safety applications for devices shared within households in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player may hold one and only one registered account on j2w. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. j2w employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j2w reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Registration Requirements

To register a j2w account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• A valid, unique mobile number registered in your own name (used for SMS OTP verification)
• A valid email address accessible to you and not shared with another j2w account
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Your date of birth
• A password meeting j2w's minimum complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter, one numeral, and one special character)

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent verification request is true, accurate, and belongs to you. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j2w account credentials. j2w strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your password, one-time verification codes, or account access with any third party. j2w will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@j2w.app immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j2w support immediately via live chat or email. j2w will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze your account during the investigation period. j2w accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Name and Payment Method Matching

The name on your j2w account must match the name registered to your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is verified as belonging to the j2w account holder. Mismatched withdrawals will be rejected and may trigger an account review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from payment fraud.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j2w are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). j2w does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or mobile wallet withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges — j2w has no control over third-party provider fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

Deposits

j2w accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits set by j2w at its discretion, which will be communicated in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. Deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by the player as part of j2w's responsible gaming toolkit — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.

Deposits are credited to your j2w BDT balance instantly upon confirmation of cleared funds from your payment provider. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., mobile network outages, payment gateway maintenance), deposits may take up to 30 minutes to credit. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact j2w support via live chat with your payment reference number.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during j2w's operational hours of 09:00–22:00 BST daily. Requests submitted within operational hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window.

Prior to your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your NID or passport. j2w will process the verification within one business day. Withdrawals to card payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the j2w account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• j2w reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Any deposit made in error or claimed as made in error must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction. j2w cannot guarantee reversal of deposits beyond this window.
• Funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied — see the Bonuses & Promotions section below.

Bonuses & Promotions

j2w offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The general principles governing all j2w bonuses are set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional credits issued by j2w are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in plain English in the terms of each individual promotion.

Bets placed on restricted game categories (as specified per promotion) do not contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting contributions to wagering requirements may differ from slots contributions — the applicable contribution percentages will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

Bonus Abuse

j2w reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if j2w has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being abused. Prohibited bonus activities include but are not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, and using bet calculators or hedging strategies in combination with bonus funds specifically designed to extract bonus value without normal risk exposure. Suspected bonus abuse will result in a full account review and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal Promotions

j2w regularly runs promotions aligned with culturally significant events in Bangladesh including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Eligibility criteria, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements for seasonal promotions will be announced through the j2w promotions page and communicated to eligible account holders. Seasonal promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at j2w's discretion without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the j2w platform are sourced exclusively from internationally certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates under its own certification and independent RNG audit, and j2w does not modify, adjust, or interfere with game files, outcomes, or RTP settings. The published RTP for each game reflects the actual RTP as supplied by the provider.

Bet Acceptance

j2w reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or series of bets at its discretion. Bets that are placed using erroneous odds (where a technical error has resulted in odds that do not reflect the true market), bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed in circumstances suggesting exploitation of a system error will be voided and the stake returned. j2w's decision on bet acceptance and voiding is final.

Disconnection and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or live bet, j2w's game server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where a round was completed on the provider's server before the disconnection, the outcome recorded on the server will stand. Where a disconnection prevented a round from completing, the round will be voided and the stake returned. j2w accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports Betting Rules

For sports and cricket betting markets, the specific rules governing each market type (match winner, total runs, in-play markets, etc.) are published within the j2w sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing board for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). In the event of a dispute over a result, j2w will await the official governing body's declaration before settling the market. Bets on abandoned or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j2w platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and, where the investigation confirms a breach, their account will be permanently closed. Winnings and balances may be forfeited where they are directly connected to prohibited activity.

• Registering more than one account on j2w under any identity, real or fictitious
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details without their explicit authorisation and knowledge
• Attempting to access the j2w platform using automated bots, scripts, or software tools not sanctioned by j2w
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with employees of j2w or its game providers
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the j2w platform or any game to obtain an unfair advantage — any such exploit must be reported to support@j2w.app immediately upon discovery
• Using the j2w platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Attempting to circumvent j2w's responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session reminders by registering a new account or otherwise bypassing platform controls
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j2w staff or other players via any communication channel connected to the j2w platform
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims in respect of genuine deposits

j2w cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity. j2w is obligated to report suspicious transactions and activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a j2w account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so via the account settings dashboard or by contacting j2w support at support@j2w.app. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been met. Closure requests submitted during active bonus periods may require the bonus to be removed from the account before the closure is processed.

j2w-Initiated Suspension and Closure

j2w reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against j2w that j2w considers to be fraudulent
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Duplicate account registration
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be closed or frozen
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months

Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. j2w will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address and mobile number before the dormancy classification takes effect. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 applied, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by a login. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in at j2w Login and complete any required re-verification.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a j2w decision regarding your account, a game outcome, or a payment has been made in error, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing support@j2w.app with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and including your account username, the date of the relevant event, and a clear description of the matter. j2w will acknowledge your dispute within one business day and provide a full response within five business days. j2w's decision following a formal dispute review is final.

By using j2w, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which j2w operates. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally with j2w's support team before pursuing any other remedies available to you.
