You may apply a limit or reduce an existing limit at any time — the change takes effect immediately. Session Time Limits

You may specify a maximum continuous session duration — from 30 minutes up to 8 hours. You must actively confirm you wish to continue before play resumes. This friction is deliberate and has been shown to reduce impulsive over-play.

Reality Check Reminders

Independent of session limits, you can enable periodic reality-check pop-ups at intervals of every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Each pop-up displays your current session statistics. You can dismiss the reminder and continue, or choose to log out from within the notification. Time-Out / Cool-Off Period

A time-out allows you to temporarily close your j2w account for a set period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without committing to a full self-exclusion. What Happens During Self-Exclusion
